Temperature measuring device includes thermo-couple, first and second heat-conductive elements, compensation bridge to each ram of which resistor is included, at that resistor of first arm is arranged as thermo-dependent, power source negative output of which is connected to the second top of diagonal of power supply of bridge circuit, measuring device first input of which is connected to the second top of diagonal of output of compensation bridge, at that the second input of measuring device through second heat-conductive element is connected to the second output of thermo-couple first output of which is connected to the first top of diagonal of output of bridge circuit through the first thermo-conductive element. Measuring device additionally includes semi-conductor diode and two additional resistors, at that anode of the diode is connected to positive output of power supply block and cathode of diode through the first additional resistor is connected to the first top of power supply diagonal of compensation bridge and connected to negative output of power supply block through second additional resistor. |
