PURPOSE: A caster capable of mode-conversion is provided to facilitate mode-conversion using the elastic force of an elastic member in a process of converting into a fixed mode. CONSTITUTION: A caster capable of mode-conversion comprises an upper frame(1), a lower frame(2), a wheel(3), a rotating unit(4), a fixation pin(5), and a fixation pin mobile tool(6). The lower frame is rotatably coupled with the fixed upper frame. The wheel is coupled with the lower frame. The rotating unit is coupled with the wheel and rotates with the wheel. The fixed pin is connected to the lower frame. The fixation pin mobile tool moves the fixation pin using the rotation of the rotating unit.
