PURPOSE: An adapter for a socket wrench, which improves work efficiency without the replacing of an adaptor and a driver bit, is provided to simultaneously perform a screwing process and a bolt fastening process using one hand drill. CONSTITUTION: An adapter for a socket wrench comprises a fixed axis part(111), a through-hole part(112), a clamping part(113) and a fixing ring(120). The fixed axis part is formed at one side of a cylindrical body to attach and detach a socket wrench. The through-hole part passes through the body from the end part of the fitting axis part. A driver bit passes through the through-hole part. A plurality of slit grooves(113a) and a male screw(113b) are formed on the circumference of the clamping part.
