PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly lightweight mortar composition is provided to secure excellent compressive strength, heat resistance, thermal insulation, moldability, and an uncontractable property. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly lightweight mortar composition contains the following: 10~40wt% of environment-friendly powder selected from the group consisting of yellow soil, diatomite, kaolin, elvan, germanium, sericite, and illite; 20~40wt% of binder powder including alpha-hemihydrate gypsum powder, and a powder including more than one powder selected from the group consisting of cement, quicklime, and calcium hydroxide; 30~65wt% of filler including sand; and 1~10wt% of foaming agent.
