FIELD: heating. ^ SUBSTANCE: trolley of tunnel furnace comprises metal base and lining with fire-resistant and heat insulation layers, besides fire-resistant layer is made of several joined boards and ceramic boxes placed on upper one of them, which serve as landing platform for installation of baked items, in boards of fire-resistant layer, apart from the upper one, there are through holes, in upper board there are dead holes, and boxes are installed to form at least one cavity with upper board. ^ EFFECT: improved resistance of lining, high reliability of trolley operation and its increased service life when operated under conditions of multiple repeated heating and cooling cycles, also due to reduced heat capacity of lining. ^ 5 cl, 1 dwg |
