<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive transfer material free from transfer failure and causing no variance in the layer thickness of a photosensitive resin layer, and also to provide a color filter and a liquid crystal display apparatus having a spacer produced by using the above material and keeping a uniform distance between a pair of substrates where a liquid crystal layer is present. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive transfer material comprises on a temporary supporting body, and successively from the supporting body side, at least a thermoplastic resin layer and a photosensitive resin layer, wherein the thermoplastic resin layer shows 200 to 3,000 PaS melt viscosity η at 110°C, the photosensitive resin layer shows 350 to 180,000 PaS melt viscosity η at 110°C, and the layer thickness of the thermoplastic resin layer is 2 to 14 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
