PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sizing agent for glass fibers capable of providing a glass- fiber reinforced resin having high strength and impact resistance at room temperature and capable of keeping sufficient strength and impact resistance even after being exposed to high temperatures. SOLUTION: This sizing agent for the glass fibers comprises an aloxysilane represented by general formula (1) [x is 0-5; y is 0 or 1; z is 0-2; n is 1-3; R1 is a monvalent group; and R2, R3 and R4 are each an alkylene group], an epoxy compound represented by general formula (2) [a is 1-100; b is 2-4; R5 and R6 are each an alkylene group; and R7 is a b-valent organic group], a film-forming agent, a lubricant and water. |
