The invention relates to metallurgy industry, in particular to by-product coking industry, and represents construction of device for dry coke quenching. A device for dry coke quenching comprises vertical body with charging and discharging holes, forehearth, coke quenching chamber, conduits for supply of cooling gas with devices for regulation of its flow rate, circumferential dispenser for supply of cooling gas, located in the inferior part of the body, central dispenser for supply of cooling gas, located along the vertical axis in the inferior part of the body and made in a form of two cone coaxial diffusion cells, located along the moving of coke, the diffusion cells are located one towards the other with formation of cavity between them, the inner diffusion cell is connected with conduit for supply of cooling gas, generating lines of diffusion cells are located on the different angles to the vertical. The device is equipped with coke catcher in a form of cone confuser, which is installed with a split towards the central dispenser, with deflector put on the inner diffusion cell of central dispenser with generating line, which is parallel to the generation line of the outer diffusion cell, the inner diffusion cell is connected with conduit by means of quill cylinder, put on with a split on its outlet port, the cylinder is put in the gas conduit, the walls of the cylinder in the points of conduit is equipped with the holes for gas output, regularly located, and within cylinder along its axis the distributor is installed in a form of corner. Furthermore, in cylinder under the holes for gas output from outside of the conduit the plates are made graded against the coke moving. The invention provides increasing of gas permeability of coke flow in the central part of chamber of dry coke quenching, increasing of equability of its cooling throughout all chamber section that increases the efficiency of dry coke quenching. |
