A method for treating the chronic mechanical injuries of the oral mucosa comprises the use of Decamevit, one capsule once a day after the meal for three weeks and Arginin-zinc one capsule once a day with the meal for three weeks. Two liters of milk daily are recommended. The topical treatment is also used. In the case of the chronic traumatic erythema, the traumatic source is eliminated, and the injured area is treated with Givalex solution at a dilution of 1:8 for 5 minutes twice a day up to 5 days. KP-Plat vita film is used for applications. In the case of the decubital ulcer and the chronic traumatical erosion, the traumatic source is eliminated, and the injured area is treated with Givalex solution. Galavit is injected around the injured area. KP-Plat vita film is used for applications. In the case of the leukoplakia planum or verrucosa, the traumatic source is eliminated, and 2 % solution of urea is applied for 2 minutes followed by ultraphonophoresis with Galavit solution for 10 minutes (4-6 sessions). KP-Plat vita film is again used for applications. |
