<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the discharge air capacity from a housing without increasing the number of fans nor the maximum air capacity of fans. <P>SOLUTION: An exterior member 18 which form a gap is provided for a driving controller 12 of the image forming apparatus 10. A discharge fan 15 is arranged on the top surface of the driving controller 12 and air is discharged from a louver 19 of the exterior member 18. Elastic bodies 16a, 16b, and 17 are arranged as fillers filling the gap portion. Sponge seals are used as the elastic bodies 16a, 16b, and 17 and both-sided adhesive tapes are stuck on internal surfaces of the respective elastic bodies. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
