PURPOSE: An air cleaner and illuminator in one is provided, which improves deodorization function and sterilization by delaying air discharge time. CONSTITUTION: An air cleaner and illuminator in one comprises: a case(100) in which an air circulation chamber with an ozone lamp is partitioned; a filter(200) which is formed in order to filter the foreign material among the air and in which a cover and a mount are formed; a blower(300) which is formed in order to inhale indoor air through the filter and transfer the air to the air circulation chamber; and a control box(400) which is formed in order to control a lamp, an ultra-violet ray lamp, an ozone lamp, and a blower.
