PURPOSE: A semiconductor device and a display and an electronic device using the same are provided to prevent the amplitude of an output signal from being decreased by allowing one terminal of a capacitive element to be floated. CONSTITUTION: A pixel is installed on a glass substrates. A gate line driving circuit(2802) is installed on the glass substrates. The pixel has an display element. The gate line driving circuit outputs a selection signal to the pixel. The signal line driving circuit outputs an image signal to the pixel.
