RNA APTAMER BINDING TO ERBB2 AND USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A composition for treating and diagnosing diseases caused by ErbB2 signal or expression is provided to use as a tumor imaging device and anti-tumor composition. CONSTITUTION: An anti-ErbB2 RNA aptamer is denoted by general formula 1 (X1-GAR1GGGAGN1GR2N2AGGR3UAGN3N4N5-X2). In general formula 1, R1-R3 are A or G, N1-n5 are all nucleotides; X1 does not exist or is at least one nucleotide; and X2 does not exist or at least one nucleotide. The anti-ErbB2 RNA aptamer has a nucleotide selected from sequence numbers 1-4. A material controlling ErbB2 activation contains RNA aptamer. A composition for diagnosing or treating ErbB2 contains the material. A composition for detecting tumor contains RNA aptamer.
