PURPOSE: A water quality measuring system using a smart phone is provided to measure the water quality by applying the smart phone, thereby enhancing the reliability and accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A water quality measurement device(20) has a sensor unit and a transmission unit. A first communication unit(11A) receives data from the transmission unit of the water quality measurement device. An operation unit(13) processes data obtained in the water quality measurement device. A memory unit(14) stores the water quality data processed from the calculation unit and GPS information of a GPS(Global Positioning System) unit. A second communication unit(11B) transmits the water quality data stored in the memory unit and the GPS information.
