The invention relates to instrument engineering, in particular to air-conditioning engineering associated with computer engineering, and can be used for therapeutic, conditioning and entertaining-and-information purposes. The aim of said invention is to reduce the body weight and to extend the functional capabilities thereof. The inventive device comprises a chamber, consisting of a body provided with a cover having an opening for the neck circumference, a system for supplying conditioned air which consists of a compressor, aid ducts and of nozzles arranged in the air ducts, a computer processor which is incorporated into the lower part of the chamber, a monitor which is provided with stroboscopes arranged around it and light filters placed inside the chamber, wherein the body with the cover is made of a high-quality plastic material and is provided with a seal which is placed along the cover perimeter. The body also comprises a through handle and/or a belt, which are disposed in the top part thereof and are used for transporting the device, and brackets and/or rubber tension members, which are embodied in the lower part of the body and are used for placing it on a working surface, and is provided with a button for switching-on the computer processor and with a waterproof control console. |
