PURPOSE: A system and a method for integrally processing urban waste, and a server applied to the same are provided to perform association processing among management servers based on an established waste processing policy. CONSTITUTION: An integrated management server(500) performs association processing according to a waste processing policy. An information providing server(700) receives state information according to a waste disposal state of each management server from the integrated management server. The information providing server grasps a waste disposal situation. The information providing server provides a waste disposal situation by the grasped region to be read through a web or a WAP.
