PURPOSE: A heat generating device using high-frequency induction coils, for increasing thermal efficiency by heating a heating medium in an induction heating method, is provided to dually heat a heating medium by circulating a heating medium through an inner pipe. CONSTITUTION: A heat generating device using high-frequency induction coils comprises a plurality of metal material pipes(12), a radiating plate, outer and inner ceramic pipe, a water tub(20), a radiating pipe(30) and a pump(50). The both end part of multiple metal material pipes projected through both sides of the water tub is connected to a connector. The radiating plate is installed at the outside of the metal material pipe. Outer and inner ceramic pipe are inserted into the inner side of the metal material pipe. An induction heating coil is wound in the outer circumference of the inner ceramic pipe. The radiating pipe is installed between an inlet and an outlet. The pump circulates heating medium.
