PURPOSE: A heterogeneous material receiving device is provided to increase the sealing force between a discharging unit and an operating unit. CONSTITUTION: A heterogeneous material receiving device includes a main body(10), a receiving unit(20), an operating unit(40), and a sealing unit(31). The receiving unit comprises a storage space(21) and is in the main body. An opening/closing hole is in the bottom of the receiving unit. Contents of the storage space fall into a container to be mixed while the opening/closing hole is opened during a process of partially opening the operating unit. The operating unit is separated from a discharging stand(30) after the operating unit is lifted by a fixed height. A sealing unit is in an upper part of a bent part of the main body.
