PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing woolen yarn using whetstone are provided to recover the intrinsic property of wool by standardizing the surface of the woolen yarn through a whetstone shaping process. CONSTITUTION: Raw yarn(1), which is transferred through a doping unit(10), passes through a yarn feeding unit(30). The raw fabric rubs whetstone with 240-700meshes in a vacuum suction pipe and is wound using a winder. The doping unit winds the raw yarn. The yarn feeding unit transfers the raw yarn from a raw yarn cone(20). The winder(40) wounds the raw yarn from the raw yarn cone.
