摘要

PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film and a circuit board using thereof are provided to secure the improved indentation property when the pressure is removed after a primary pressing, by optimizing the tensile storage modulus of the film. CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic conductive film contains a thermoplastic resin for forming a film, an acrylate-based thermosetting monomer for as a binder, a curing initiating agent, a conductive particle, and a releasing agent. The anisotropic conductive film has the tensile storage modulus of 10 Exp5~101 Exp8 Pa, at the temperature range of 40~200 deg C.
