PURPOSE: A system for measuring vibration and noise and a method of measuring vibration and noise using the same are intended to automatically provide and analyze vibration and noise related information, which is sensed by a vibration and noise sensor installed in a remote area to an information analyzing computer through wired/wireless communication. CONSTITUTION: A system for measuring vibration and noise comprises a vibration/noise meter(100), a communications modem(200), and a analyzing computer(300). The vibration/noise meter is arranged to make contact with or to be close to a target. The communications modem is formed in the vibration/noise meter. The communications modem is installed to make direct communication with the vibration/noise meter through wired or wireless communication. The communications modem comprises a CDMA communications unit(210) which changes various information into digital packets and wirelessly transmits the digital packets. The analyzing computer receives the various information transmitted from the communications modem.
