PURPOSE: A water supplier is provided to enable a desired temperature of water to be supplied since the water incoming from a storage tank is discharged to the bottom of a water heater and the heated water is discharged to a water discharging pipe. CONSTITUTION: A water supplier comprises a water storage tank(400) and a water heater(500) receiving the water from the water storage tank. The water heater comprises a cold water bin(501) and a head(503). Opening is formed on the bottom of the cold water bin. The cold water bin is composed of an insulating wall. The head closes the opening of the cold water bin. A heater(505), an inlet pipe(507), a discharging pipe(509), and a pressure control pipe are installed in the head. The heater heats the water stored in the water heater. The inlet(515) of the pressure control pipe is located in the water heater and the outlet is located in water storage tank. The pressure control pipe controls the pressure of the water heater.
