The plate (3) has hook-and-loop fastener-band material (4) provided on a lower side of the plate and including soft-elastic material (5). A wiping cloth (6) projects a surface of the plate, so that the wiping cloth is hand freely received when the plate is pressed on the wiping cloth without need for providing a counter piece on the band material at the plate and when holding a rear- and front wiper. The wiping cloth lies on a layer of a supporting plate, and a section of soft- and hard elastic material is arranged between the band material and the lower side of the plate.
