PURPOSE: A management method using a vehicle number recognition device and a system thereof are provided to efficiently park a vehicle in a parking space. CONSTITUTION: A recognition device(202) photographs a number plate of a vehicle. The recognition device recognizes a number plate system from numbers and characters of the number plate. A computer(204) is installed in an operation center. The computer transmits a vehicle number through the internet. An operator server(206) stores and manages the vehicle number in a database(207).
