PURPOSE: A bicycle with a driving mode changing function is provided to reduce the production cost due to the simplification of parts and to enable anybody to easily change a driving mode. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle with a driving mode changing function comprises an idle disc wheel shaft, a position determining disc, a screw thread and a tire disc wheel. The idle disc wheel shaft is idled through a bearing on a disc wheel shaft, both ends of which are nut-assembled to one of front and rear forks, which form the front and rear of a vehicle body. The position determining disc is formed on one end of the idle disc wheel shaft, wherein the position determining disc comprises a driving mode changing/fixing pin, which is selectively inserted into a driving mode changing position determining hole, which is formed along a driving mode selecting channel, which is formed on the tire disc wheel to be able to change a driving mode. On the other end of the idle disc wheel shaft, a screw thread is formed, which is screwed to a position determining nut(34), which is located on the opposite side to the driving mode changing position determining hole. For the tire disc wheel, a driving mode selecting channel, into which the idle disc wheel shaft is inserted, is formed in an eccentric direction around the center.
