PURPOSE: A thread loosing device of a sewing machine is provided to improve the stability of an operation and save a space by controlling a pressing disk through an air pressure cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A thread loosing device of a sewing machine is comprised of a substrate(2), at least two pressing disks(3), a rotary plate(4), an air pressure cylinder(5), and a returning unit(6). The pressing disk is comprised of a regular-position post(31), a adjust unit(34), a pressing plate(35), a support plate(36), an elastic unit(37), and a pin(38). The rotary pate is pivotally connected to the substrate. The air pressure cylinder pushes and rotates the rotary plate.
