PURPOSE: A press-molding device is provided to reduce axial force, since a pressing elastic member is formed into a rectangular shape in order to reduce a cross section. CONSTITUTION: A press-molding device(100) comprises lower and upper pressing plates(11,14). The lower pressing plate comprises, outer frame elastic member(2), a forming elastic member(5), and a pressing elastic member(3). The outer frame elastic member surrounds material to be pressed. The forming elastic member supports the outer frame elastic member from the lower part. The pressing elastic member applies pressure on the molding elastic member. The material to be pressed and the outer frame elastic member are inserted into the molding pressure vessel. The pressing elastic member is formed into a rectangular shape.
