PURPOSE: A vegetative plant, an ecological vegetative soundproof wall using the same, and a construction method thereof are provided to plant environmental-friendly plants and to prevent noise. CONSTITUTION: A vegetative plant(1) comprises a bottom surface(4) and side surfaces(2,3). Multiple drain holes(4a) are bored in the bottom surface in order to discharge water supplied from an opened top. Multiple growth passages(2a,3a) for planting and growing plants are bored in the side surfaces. The vegetative plants are inserted into the concave part of an H-beam and are piled up.
