An automatic payment card issuing system using an RF terminal and a method thereof are provided to scan a product bar code through the RF terminal, thereby quickly conducting warehousing and delivery processing functions and quickly issuing a payment card to efficiently manage delivered items. A program storage unit(40) stores a program for processing warehousing and delivery procedures of delivered items by linking with bar code data of the delivered items, and stores a program for processing code management and delivered item data generation functions. A data storage unit(20) stores user information and plant information, item information, bar code information of the items, delivery/shipment information, and shipment indication information. A central controller(10) controls so that shipment information of the delivered items is transmitted to supplier plan computers. |
