PURPOSE: A gel sheet for a cosmetic pack is provided to improve moisturizing and skin adherence. CONSTITUTION: A gel sheet for a cosmetic pack contains synthetic polymer, hydroxypropyl guar gum, wetting agent, polyoxyethylene methylene glycoside, and water. The gel sheet contains 0.05-3 weight parts of hydro propyl guar gum and 3-12 weight parts of polyoxy ethylene methyl glucoside in 100 weight parts of gel sheet. A method for manufacturing the gel sheet comprises: a step of adding hydroxy propyl guar gum to synthetic polymer, wetting agent, and water to dissolve hydro propyl guar gum; a step of mixing a cross linking agent and polyoxyethylene methylglucoside to the mixture; and a step of reacting the mixture to obtain the gel sheet.
