PURPOSE: A warm water discharging apparatus for preventing safety accident is provided to supply a warm water apparatus, reduce noise when operating the warm water apparatus for taking out and prevent the user from the attentiveness lack of the carelessness of user or old and feeble person. CONSTITUTION: A warm water apparatus for taking out includes a valve housing(110) which an extraction outlet is formed, a button unit(130) which is combined with the valve housing, and a push rod which a first opening/closing member is combined for opening and closing a hot water inlet of the valve housing. A lever rod(150) opens and closes the extraction outlet which is combined with a second opening/closing member. A lever(160) increases the lever load. A hook portion is formed to be projected in the push rod and hangs on the inner side of the valve housing when the push rod was pressurized with the button unit.
