PURPOSE: A test coupling is provided to improve the degree of measurement precision by preventing the leakage of fluid, since the upper end of the coupling body is airtightly sealed except a measuring hole. CONSTITUTION: A test coupling(100) comprises an opening and closing ball(20), a spring(30), a spring fixing piece(40), and a coupling body(10). The opening and closing ball, the spring, and the spring fixing piece are inserted into the flow path through the opened lower part of the flow path of the coupling body. The flow path and the upper end of the coupling body surrounding the measuring hole are integrated with each other and the upper end of the coupling body is airtightly sealed except the measuring hole, so the leakage of fluid in a hydraulic and pneumatic device is prevented.
