PURPOSE: A latch device for a vehicle trunk lid is provided to reduce costs by simplifying a structure for connecting a key release rod and an operation lever. CONSTITUTION: A latch device for a vehicle trunk lid comprises a key release rod(150), an operation lever(10), and a base plate hole(12). The key release rod is connected to an external key cylinder through a cable and is extended from the rear of a base plate(100). The operation lever is connected to the key release rod through a fixing clip(11). The base plate hole is formed in the base plate. |
