<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to drastically increase the life cycle of the organic light emitting device by efficiently radiating the heat generated during driving the organic light emitting unit. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting unit(120) is formed on a substrate(110). A sealing unit(130) is formed on the substrate. The sealing unit protects the organic light emitting unit. A heat conductive layer(140) is formed on the sealing unit. The heat conductive layer comprises one of the DLC(Diamond-Like Carbon), the graphite, and the metal.</p> |
