AIRBAG MODULE ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: An airbag module assembling structure is provided to enable the stable deployment of an air bag, since the reduction of impact resistance of plastic at low temperatures is suppressed by a steel air bag door hinge. CONSTITUTION: An airbag module assembling structure comprises an instrument panel(100), a door module(200), a hinge unit(300), and an air bag module(400). When the airbag is unfolded, the fixed region of the instrument panel is cut and opened by inflation pressure. The door module is coupled on the internal side of the instrument panel. The door module has a door and a main body(210). When the airbag is deployed, the door is opened. The hinge unit supports a door to rotate the door when the door is opened. When a vehicle crash is detected, the air bag module deploys the airbag.
