FORMATION OF AN END PLATE COUPLING GROOVE IN A RO VESSEL AND A MOLD RELEASE METHOD FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: Formation of an end plate coupling groove in a RO vessel and a mold release method for the same are provided to integrally form an end plate coupling groove during manufacture of the RO vessel without lathe machining. CONSTITUTION: A RO vessel manufacturing method comprises steps of: preparing a cylindrical inner mold for supporting the interior of a vessel, mounting a jig for an annular groove on an end of the inner mold, rotating the inner mold coupled with the jig and machining a RO vessel through a winding process, hardening the RO vessel, and successively separating the jig and the inner mold from the RO vessel.
