PURPOSE: A clean dryer using a fan filter unit is provided to regulate the air volume using an air-flow regulating damper installed on a side of a drying chamber. CONSTITUTION: A clean dryer comprises a main body(10), an FFU(Fan Filter Unit,20), a closing cover(70), a blower motor(40), a blower fan(80), a heater(50), a center passage(61), and a drying unit(60). The main body has an air intake(11) and an air vent. The FFU includes an FFU fan(21), an FFU motor(22), and a filter(30). The FFU fan and the FFU motor blow exterior air toward the air intake. The filter supplies clean air to the air intake. The closing cover tightly closes the filter of the FFU. The blower fan is installed by a shaft under the blower motor. The heater is arranged under between the facing blower fans. The center passage includes vent holes(63) which an air-flow regulating damper(64) is installed between. The drying unit includes a drying chamber(62) with vent holes.
