PURPOSE: A soundproof panel for a soundproof wall which is easy to maintain and repair is provided to facilitate the replacement of an interior sound-absorbing material through the removal of the front part. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof panel for a soundproof wall which is easy to maintain and repair comprises a soundproof panel, a sound-absorbing plate(60), a lateral frame, and a sound-absorbing material(100). The soundproof panel comprises a top plate, an intermediate plate, and a bottom plate. The top and bottom plates have certain width and uneven parts for laminate. The sound-absorbing plate is installed in front of the soundproof panel and has a plurality of sound absorption holes. The lateral frame is installed on both sides of the soundproof panel. The sound-absorbing material is installed between the soundproof panel and the sound-absorbing plate.
