PURPOSE: An EMS magnetic levitation train device is provided to prevent contact defects by eliminating unnecessary wires using power and to prevent an electric shock accident without using copper lines. CONSTITUTION: An EMS magnetic levitation train device comprises a support part(110), rail plates, a model rail part(100), an electromagnet part, and a model train part(200). The support part is vertically positioned on the ground. The rail plates are vertically coupled to both sides of the support part. The model rail part has electromagnetic suspension parts protruded from the bottom of both ends of the rail plates. The electromagnet part is separated from the bottom of the electromagnetic suspension parts. The model train part has a cap sensor for controlling magnetic force from the electromagnetic part.
