PURPOSE: A digital controller for a distribution panel is provided to improve an unbalanced load by utilizing an uninterruptable power supply device. CONSTITUTION: An uninterruptable power supply device(40) supplies emergency power when power is disconnected. A user input device sets the reference value of a phase unbalance rate. An integrated controller(10) receives the measurement data of a first and a second power analyzer through a UTP(Unshielded Twisted Pair) cable. A supply change-over switch(22) connects and disconnects power to the uninterruptable power supply device when the phase unbalance rate exceeds the reference value. A monitor displays load unbalance information.
