PURPOSE: A metal finishing composition and a metal material using the same are provided to improve the corrosion resistance and reduce surface resistance of a metal material. CONSTITUTION: A metal finishing composition comprises one or more of fluoride compound, zirconium compound, cerium compound, and vanadium compound. The fluoride compound comprises one or more selected from the group consisting of fexofenadine hydrochloride, hexafluoro phosphoric acid, fluoro phosphoric acid, fluoro silicic acid, hexafluoro zirconic acid, sodium hexafluoro zirconate, sodium hexafluoro zirconate and sodium hexafluoro titanate. The zirconium compound comprises zirconium fluoride.
