PURPOSE: A charge pump circuit is provided to guarantee a process voltage-resistant of an integrated circuit by controlling the amount of charges accumulated in a charge accumulative capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A voltage not exceeding a restricted process voltage resistance is obtained by controlling the amount of charges accumulated in an output capacitor(Cout). The amount of charges accumulated in the output capacitor is limited by comparing a preset voltage, which is preset not to exceed a process voltage-resistance, and the detected output voltage(Vout) of a charge pump.
