PURPOSE: A top-mortar membrane waterproofing method with an exposed surface is provided to reduce construction time and costs by forming a top-mortar waterproofing structure. CONSTITUTION: A top-mortar membrane waterproofing method with an exposed surface is as follows. A urethane primer(2) is spread on a concrete surface(1) and is dried. Tar-urethane(3a) with a 1.5~2.5mm thickness is spread on the urethane primer and is dried. Sand and silica(4) with a 1~2mm thickness are attached on the surface of the tar-urethane and is dried. The sand and silica which are not dried are eliminated. Acrylic resin topcoat(5) is spread on the tar-urethane and is dried. |
