PURPOSE: An insulating stand for an apartment house is provided to prevent a short-circuit due to a foreign material by covering a receptacle guide groove through a sealing panel. CONSTITUTION: A distribution panel case includes a casing body(110) and a case door. A receptacle comprises a receptacle main body, a guide protrusion, a separation preventing part, and an electrode terminal(240). The electrode terminal is connected to an external power line by passing through the guide projection and the separation protection part. A winding device(300) comprises a winding drum and a rotation device. The winding drum winds a power line which is connected to the electrode terminal of the receptacle. The rotation device rotates the winding drum in a single direction. A sealing panel(400) is attached to the casing body in order to cover a receptacle guide groove. |
