PURPOSE: A metal plate, in which a fine hole and a pattern are formed, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the frequency of buffing machine and brush process by removing burr in a pattern forming process. CONSTITUTION: A metal plate comprises a fine hole(222) and a plurality of pattern grooves(244). The fine hole is formed in one side of the metal plate. The fine hole is formed through entire metal plate. The patterns consisting of a plurality of pattern grooves is formed on one side of the metal plate. The pattern groove is positioned close to the fine hole.
