PURPOSE: A heat dispersion plate for a corn fuel roaster is provided to enable the meat to be evenly roasted regardless of the position of the meat on a grill since the heat raising from a brazier is transferred to the grill evenly. CONSTITUTION: The corn fuel added to a hopper is supplied to a brazier by a predetermined amount through a transfer screw. The combusted heat is transferred to a grill through a heat dispersion plate placed on a heating unit to roast the meat. A small uneven part(21) is formed on the body(20) of the heat dispersion plate in zigzag. The uneven part is formed by a through-hole(22). The through-holes are formed here and there on the central part of the body and the areas of the through-holes are formed to be narrow. The through-holes are densely formed on the front and rear ends and the area of the through-holes is formed to be wider than the central part. A diaphragm(30) is formed on the edge of the heat dispersion plate. |
