An I/O circuit (2316), a control circuit (2317), a display circuit (2318), and a power circuit portion (2315) formed on a substrate are provided between an openable and closable front surface panel (2313) and an openable and closable rear surface panel (2314) of a control unit (23). A bridge circuit (23151) of the power circuit portion (2315) is formed on a power circuit substrate (23154) in a power cover (23153). A smooth capacitor (23152) of the power circuit portion (2315) is mounted on a capacitor mounting cover (23155) detachable from the power cover (23153). Thus, the maintenance of the smooth capacitor of the power circuit portion can be easily performed. |
