PURPOSE: A personalized food information system is provided to personally set a desired intake amount for components of a specific food, realizing various settings to which a personal element is reflected. CONSTITUTION: A personal food information system includes personalization setup, a terminal, and a server. The personalization setup enables a user to set a desired intake amount of foods and components. The terminal recognizes an individual food. The terminal displays information for a corresponding food according to the setup. The server updates the database. The server manages the terminal through a communication network.
