PURPOSE: A clay block with resin projections for joint and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure uniform intervals of clay blocks for pavement in an easy way. CONSTITUTION: A clay block with resin projections for joint(20) has a rectangular parallelepiped shape comprising a first long side(101), a second long side(102), a first short side(103), a second short side(104), a surface(105), and a bottom side(106). The resin projections for joint are formed out of a hot melt resin in the shape of round or polyhedral column on one or both of the first and second long sides, wherein the hot melt resin is composed of polyamide, terpene, paraffin wax, and a filler. Clay projections(10) are formed on both of the first and second short sides not to overlap each other. |
