PURPOSE: A display device and an electronic device thereof are provided to reduce a gradation effect by using an organic electro luminescence device. CONSTITUTION: A drive scanning line is grouped to a plurality of lines which are sequentially arranged in a plurality of pixel circuits. The drive scanning line supplies the same power electric potential to a plurality of pixel circuits. A power supply circuit supplies a high level power electric potential to each pixel circuit. The pixel circuit comprises storage capacity, a driving transistor, a light emitting device, and a record transistor. The storage capacity accumulates a voltage corresponding to a video signal. The driving transistor supplies a current to the light emitting device. A write transistor writes a voltage corresponding to a video signal to the storage capacity. |
